We are currently looking for a Solution Architect, Financial Consolidation in United States.In this role, you will design and deliver scalable, auditable financial consolidation solutions for mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will translate complex statutory consolidation requirements into robust models that support accuracy, compliance, and performance. Working closely with finance stakeholders, partners, and internal teams, you will guide implementations from discovery through go-live and long-term success. The position offers strong exposure to strategic finance processes, modern planning platforms, and enterprise-scale data models. You will influence solution design standards while adapting implementations to specific customer needs.   • Lead or support discovery and design workshops with Group Accounting, Consolidation, and FP&A teams to capture statutory and operational requirements.
  • Define end-to-end consolidation solutions, including entity structures, ownership models, consolidation methods, FX, intercompany processes, eliminations, adjustments, and reporting.
  • Configure and extend standardized consolidation frameworks while maintaining best practices, performance, and auditability.
  • Own or co-own the consolidation workstream during implementations, coordinating closely with partners and internal teams.
  • Guide build activities with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and controlled financial processes.
  • Support data integration and testing activities through go-live, ensuring accurate reconciliations and smooth launches.
  • Enable customers and partners through training, coaching, and documentation, and contribute structured feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Support pre-sales and strategic opportunities by contributing to scoping, solution design, and prototypes when needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in statutory consolidation and or EPM consolidation implementations, within group accounting, audit or advisory, or EPM consulting contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major consolidation tools such as SAP BFC or Group Reporting, HFM or FCCS, OneStream, Tagetik, Board, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end consolidation project from design to go-live.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory consolidation principles, including scope changes, intercompany processes, eliminations, FX, and goodwill.
  • Solid understanding of multidimensional data models, performance optimization, and structured implementation planning.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior finance stakeholders and manage risks in complex projects.
  • Curious, hands-on mindset with a collaborative approach and motivation to become a subject-matter expert in financial consolidation solutions.
