Dietary Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dietary Services Coordinator to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and oversee the delivery of meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual patient needs

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans

- Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas

- Maintain accurate records of dietary orders, meal preferences, and nutritional assessments

- Educate patients and staff on dietary restrictions, nutritional information, and healthy eating habits

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food service

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee food storage procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in dietary services, nutrition, or food service management

- Knowledge of dietary restrictions, nutritional standards, and food safety protocols

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Certification in food safety or nutrition (preferred but not required)

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in nutrition or dietetics is a plus
