Registered Nurse (RN) Assessments - PRN at Allpro Staffnet – Denton, Georgia

This is a PRN position.

Allpro Homecare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for as needed Client Assessments to become part of our team and join our mission of providing quality non-medical homecare to our veteran population.

Responsibilities:

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of in-home care Veteran clients
• Assess clients’ conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks
• Educate clients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures, and make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the client’s quality of life
• Staff Supervisory Visits
• Complete appropriate and timely documentation of all client care, including progress note, summaries, and per state requirements
• Provide effective communication to clients, their family members, and other team members

Qualifications:

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state required
• Current state license in good standing as an RN
• Must be able to pass a background check thru Georgia's GCHEX System
• State-required Fingerprinting
• State-required TB Test
• State-required Physical
• State-required First Aid Certification
• State-required CPR Certification
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
