Resupply Specialist at Sleep Management, LLC dba Viemed – DeKalb, Illinois

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and process orders for respiratory resupply
• Perform outreach to patients when needed to verify ordered items, insurance coverage, estimated coinsurance, etc.
• Assist with document verification and validation for resupply patients
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits and document patient cost when requested
• Work with other members of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed by end of day
• Maintain procedure manuals to ensure that our patients receive correct care and support
• Manage workflow queues from SNAP resupply system and ensure that follow up is completed by other departments and team members.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Microsoft office experience, preferred

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Handling phone calls
• Patient support
• Insurance verification
