About This Position

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Revenue Manager for the Hyatt Regency at Villa Christina in Atlanta, GA.

Summary of Position

The Revenue Manager is responsible for driving total revenue performance of the hotel through strategic pricing, forecasting, distribution, and inventory management. This role partners closely with ownership, operations, sales, and the marketing team to maximize profitability, optimize market positioning, and ensure consistent application of revenue management best practices across the region.

Job Purpose:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies.
  • Oversee all rate strategies, inventory controls, and distribution channels across assignedhotel.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of revenue management standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze market trends, demand drivers, competitive positioning, and economic conditions toidentifyrevenue opportunities.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership and propertyteam.
  • Develop andmaintainaccurateforecasts, budgets, and long-term revenue strategies.
  • Act as a strategic revenue advisor to General Manager, Sales Leaders, and Ownership.
  • Collaborate withSalesand Marketing team to align group, corporate, and transient strategies.
  • Partner with Operations to influence service levels, product positioning, and guest experience initiatives thatimpactrevenue.
  • Conduct regular property reviews, including pricing audits, channel audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners, brand representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assistin the preparation of annual budgets and ensure revenue goals align with financialobjectives.
  • Maintainstrong communicationwith leadershipregardingrisks, opportunities, and performance trends.
  • Perform all dutiesin accordance withcompany policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required Skills/Abilties

  • Fully Onsite at Hyatt Regency at Villa Christina, Atlanta, GA.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English; both orally and written.
  • Must exhibit positive interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs and varied business contacts.
  • Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success.
  • Ability and knowledge to develop standards of operations and strategic processes.
  • Mentality of taking responsibility beyond direct duties.
  • Ability to listen effectively and to speak English clearly to communicate with customers and team members and prepare written complex reports of room availability and revenues generated.
  • Must have coordinating skills as pertains to determining time, place and sequence of operations or action.
  • Basic mathematical skills and considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
  • Ability to analyze information andmake effective judgments.

Desired Software Profecienices

  • Accreditation in all Hyatt Revenue Management products/systems.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience with Revenue Management with Hyatt hotels.
  • Knowledge of industry reportssuch as STR reports, Hotelligence and competitive shop reports.
  • Proficiency in with Microsoft products,such as excel, word, power point and outlook.
  • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • College Degree preferred.
