As an HVAC Comfort Consultant, you will meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend the best solutions for their home and budget.

This is a relationship-based sales role—not cold calling. All appointments are generated through our marketing and service teams, meaning you’ll meet customers who already trust JD Service Now.

Our sales professionals focus on education, honesty, and integrity, helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems.

We provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed and grow your career.

• Conduct in-home HVAC system evaluations and inspections
  
• Present clear, accurate recommendations and pricing to homeowners
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit
  
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
  
• Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices
  
• Attend required meetings and ongoing training sessions
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and job information
  
• Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
  

• HVAC experience preferred
  
• In-home sales experience strongly preferred
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality
  
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  
• Team player who supports company goals and culture
  
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
