RBT/Registered Behavior Technician | Hope Learning Academy at Hope – Edwardsville, Illinois

Hourly Rate: $16-$18

**Opening is for 2026-27 School Year**

Hope is a clinical, educational, and therapeutic provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. We exist to help children and their families reach their maximum potential by providing state-of-the-art applied behavioral analysis therapies and access to recreation, vocational training, and individualized education programming. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Hope Learning Academy Edwardsville to teach children with ASD using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Effectively communicate with families/guardians about their child’s progress when needed.
• Work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for individual, classroom, and group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.
• Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

WHAT WE PREFER

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Enthusiasm for working with children.
