The Opportunity

We’re hiring a General Manager to launch and lead our new Grand Rapids location. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building out the team, driving sales and production, and delivering on Guns N’ Hoses’ commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support sales growth, ensure high-quality installations, and serve as the face of the company in this new market. This is not a behind-the-scenes leadership role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front—comfortable in homes, on job sites, in the warehouse, and alongside crews. You won’t be building alone. Our leadership team will provide operational guidance, training, and the proven systems that have fueled our success in Flint and surrounding areas.
