Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Develop and deliver technology learning programs aligned with the organization’s digital strategy and Global IT Strategy CoC priorities.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to assess capability needs and design tailored, scalable learning solutions.
- Apply instructional design principles and diverse training methods (elearning, tutorials, coaching, blended learning) to meet varied learner needs.
- Integrate emerging technologies and digital trends into learning content to strengthen organizational readiness.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, engagement, and impact through assessments, surveys, and analytics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage training resources, budgets, platforms, tools, and external vendor relationships to ensure highquality delivery.
- Serve as the enterprise SME for technology training, capability development, and digital adoption practices.
- Support global and regional technology rollouts by creating adoption resources, communications, and changemanagement guidance.
- Develop clear, engaging digital communications and measure their reach and effectiveness to enhance technology awareness and adoption.
- Coordinate with global initiatives and apply innovation, design thinking, and continuous improvement to scale learning solutions and prepare teams for upcoming technology changes.

Work under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of peers.
Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.
Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.

Required:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 08-10 years related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Occasional business travel required, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, On-call hours as needed
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Salary Range: $105,300 - $115,300

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
