The Opportunity

How You Will Make an Impact

• Direct the daily operations of field crews to ensure all concrete and masonry installations meet high-quality standards.

• Execute technical workflows for footings, walls, and flatwork with expert-level precision and minimal oversight.

• Coordinate project logistics and schedules to maintain strict timelines and maximize team productivity.

• Communicate clearly with executive leadership and clients to ensure project transparency and alignment.

• Mentor junior team members by sharing technical expertise in concrete coatings and structural masonry.

• Manage on-site resources and materials effectively to maintain project budgets and minimize waste.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive experience in all areas of concrete construction.

• Proven expertise in structural footings, retaining walls, and high-end flatwork.

• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing field crews and project schedules.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for high-level coordination.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in industrial concrete coatings and specialized masonry techniques.

• Experience working on prevailing wage projects and high-stakes commercial builds.

• Strong problem-solving skills regarding complex architectural plans and site-specific obstacles.
