Job Overview

• Company: Expert Services Appliance Heating Air LLC.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $62,500 - $100,000+ (Includes Salary, Commission, and Spiffs).

• Location: Onsite / Field Operations (Collegedale, TN)

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (On call 1 weekend per month).

• Project Scope: Residential Appliance Repair.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: EPA 608 Refrigerant License.

The Opportunity You will serve as a senior technical leader, providing expert-level repair services that keep local households running smoothly. This role is designed for a head technician who possesses the high-level diagnostic skills and operational efficiency required to lead by example in a growing company.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in residential appliances to ensure superior first-time fix rates.

• Execute precise repairs by disassembling units and replacing defective components with absolute technical proficiency.

• Interpret intricate wiring diagrams and technical schematics to resolve difficult electrical malfunctions.

• Perform high-quality brazing, soldering, and pipefitting as required for advanced appliance restoration.

• Consult with customers to provide transparent cost estimates and professional service recommendations.

• Manage a high-volume schedule of 8-10 service calls per day while maintaining strict quality standards.

• Facilitate seamless transactions by maintaining accurate part inventories and collecting onsite payments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an appliance repair technician.

• Proven proficiency in residential appliance diagnostics and repair with a track record of minimal call-backs.

• Extensive experience in reading complex schematics and utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment.

• Demonstrated ability to perform specialized brazing and soldering for home appliance systems.

• Valid EPA 608 Refrigerant License.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Lead or Head Technician in the appliance repair industry.

• Experience in promoting and selling value-added products and services to residential clients.

• Interest in cross-training within HVAC systems to expand technical versatility.
