Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify, qualify, and convert new client opportunities in digital banking and fintech markets.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Maintain a strong pipeline with at least 3x quota coverage while ensuring accurate sales forecasting and CRM reporting.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to support sustainable growth.
Collaborate with internal teams including Solutions Architecture, Product, Marketing, and Client Services to develop solutions aligned with customer needs.
Provide actionable market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback to support product development and strategic planning.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and brand credibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology services.
At least 3 years of experience selling into digital banking, fintech, or financial services sectors.
Proven success in quota-carrying roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong experience managing full sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and communicate clear business value.
Strong relationship-building capabilities, particularly with senior executives and decision-makers.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% for client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
