Job Overview:

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: EPA 608 Certification.

The Opportunity: You will serve as a premier technical expert, handling both complex repairs and high-end installations for our residential clients. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Diagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and customer safety.

• Execute clean, professional installations of high-efficiency and advanced HVAC equipment.

• Analyze airflow, static pressure, and system commissioning to optimize total home comfort.

• Educate homeowners on system performance and recommend beneficial upgrades without high-pressure sales.

• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean workspace to uphold our reputation for excellence.

• Utilize modern diagnostic tools and dispatch technology to document job progress and system readings.

• Mentor junior team members by demonstrating best-in-class technical standards and customer service.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid EPA 608 Certification.

• 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service and installation.

• Comprehensive understanding of airflow, controls, and high-efficiency system performance.

• Ability to travel to various residential sites daily while maintaining a reliable schedule.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of high-end, variable-speed, or communicating HVAC systems.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.

• A growth-oriented mindset with a desire to attend ongoing apprenticeship and mentor training.
