The Director of Area Sales (DOAS) is the all-star coach rallying the sales team to victory! With energy and vision, the DOAS shapes a winning sales culture and powers up portfolio performanceplaying a key role in driving Aimbridge Hospitalitys total revenue success.
This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM),overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

- Appearance Ambassador: Rock a sharp, brand-compliant look at all timesproudly sporting your name tag and upholding Aimbridge Hospitalitys grooming and dress code standards.
- Safety Star & Standards Setter: Champion safe, efficient operations by following Aimbridge Hospitalitys rules and regulations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests feel secure.
- Engagement Enthusiast & Training Trailblazer: Join and energize monthly all-employee meetings, weekly staff huddles, and special functions, taking turns to train the team using Aimbridges proven training stepshelping everyone level up together!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience, or a 4-year college degree plus 2 years related experience, or a 2-year degree plus 4 years hotel sales experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Valid state drivers license.
- Clear communicator and quick decision-maker.
- Handles pressure, stays objective, and solves problems effectively.
- Adapts to complex information, resolves concerns, and understands financial basics.
