Resort Groundskeeper at Legacy Resort – Baxter, Minnesota

Do you love the great outdoors? Cragun's Resort is looking for self-motivated Grounds Crew Members to join our Seasonal Team for 2026!

Grounds is responsible for but not limited to:

• Weed whipping assorted foliage on the grounds of the resort
• Raking and maintaining clean beach front
• Keeping surrounding grounds free of trash and debris.
• Maintains a high level of quality and appearance in all areas of the resort

• Must be 18 years or older to operate company vehicles.
• Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Subject to background check
• Must be to work weekends.
• Must be avail to accommodate a 7-4pm work schedule.
• Experience with Lawn maintenance equipment, such as log splitter, chainsaw, riding and push mowers, weed whipper, backpack blowers
• Able to operate a stick shift vehicle preferred, but not required.
