Project Manager-Pay up to 150K at SST Direct – Tampa, Florida

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects from beginning to completion in Tampa, FL
Pay: $130-150k depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager:

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
• Manage AIA billing processes and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams for cost tracking and forecasting.
• Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process, ensuring prompt responses and documentation.
• Lead procurement efforts for materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractors ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor subcontractor billing, performance and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications for Construction Project Manager:

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
• Strong understanding of AIA billing and construction financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (excel, word, outlook), Microsoft Project,
• Procore (not required but preferred)
• Primavera P6 (not required but preferred).
• Additional tools such as Bluebeam, Auto 9/10 PM’s for plan review) and ERP systems are a plus.
