Sofive Soccer Centers is the premier operator of small-sided soccer facilities across the U.S. We offer a dynamic environment where sports, community, and recreation come together. As part of our team, you'll contribute to an exciting atmosphere while providing exceptional service to our guests.

We are seeking a talented and energetic Barista to join our team at Sofive Soccer Centers. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment inside our vibrant, fast-paced soccer and recreation facility.

• Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service
• Take and process beverage and snack orders accurately
• Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift
• Keep all areas—workstations, kitchen, and dining areas—clean and organized
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols

• Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Team player with a positive, energetic attitude
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed

• May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
