WHAT YOU'LL DO ONCE YOU JOIN OUR TEAM: (and we know you'll want to :)

1. Maintain and repair fire sprinkler systems and related equipment in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications.

2. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot and diagnose fire sprinkler systems and related equipment and provide necessary repairs and upgrades.

3. Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service. (We love our customers and we want you to too.)

4. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. (Translation: complete your workorders ;)

5. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in fire sprinkler technology and industry standards. (You're good and you want to keep it that way)
WHO YOU ARE: (We know you're awesome, but we just wanted to mention...)

1. You're a current Journeyman Sprinkler fitter licensed in the state of Massachusetts. (Awesome job obtaining that license BTW!)

2. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. (Of course you do, or you wouldn't have that license)

3. You are knowledgeable in relevant codes and standards. (As we say in Boston, you're wicked smart)

4. You have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. (Like we said, we love our customers and we want you to too.)

5. You have an awesome attention to detail and an unmatched focus on completing the necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. (You do your job, and you do it well :)

6. You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (You're a great driver who's careful and loves your truck :)

7. You want to participate in the on-call rotation. (Who doesn't love that overtime pay?)

8. You're OSHA certified. (We want you to be safe, and no worries if you're not, we'll pay for your training).
