This executive leadership role oversees the full scope of the Property Systems PMS business, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term financial performance. You will provide vision and direction for the senior leadership team while fostering a high-performing, values-driven culture across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with multiple functional areas, including R&D, cloud operations, customer care, and professional services, to ensure exceptional product and service delivery. - Oversee the P&L and overall operations of the Property Systems PMS business, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a senior leadership team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Set and execute strategic objectives for product and service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish operating and revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance targets.
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities through strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes, communications, and service delivery across all departments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience in vertical market software or technology solutions, with responsibility for operations, strategy, and financial performance.
- Proven expertise in leveraging AI and automation to drive business outcomes, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions for diverse audiences.
