This role is a senior, client-facing position focused on guiding enterprise customers through technical onboarding, implementation, and AI-powered marketing adoption. You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, lead complex projects across cloud data platforms, and implement AI-driven workflows that streamline processes and maximize value. The position combines solutions architecture, technical customer success, and automation, requiring both hands-on technical skills and strategic account management. You will mentor colleagues, optimize internal tools, and help customers leverage AI capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes. - Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers, managing cloud data integrations (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks) and data modeling
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of accounts, driving adoption, expansion, and measurable value realization
- Deliver executive-facing presentations and reports (QBRs, EBRs) to articulate business impact and product roadmap
- Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered automations and internal tooling to improve operational efficiency and accelerate workflows
- Troubleshoot complex data, integration, and pipeline issues with urgency and precision
- Document and share repeatable playbooks, mentoring colleagues and enabling team-wide adoption of best practices
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in client-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, implementation engineering, technical customer success, or marketing analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience querying cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks)
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder technical projects from kickoff through delivery
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure) and data pipeline concepts (ETL/reverse ETL, event streaming, data modeling)
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) for building prompt-based workflows, automations, or agents
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, risk, and appropriateness in customer-facing scenarios
- Experience building operational efficiencies and AI-driven workflows within enterprise environments is highly valued
