This role is a senior consulting opportunity focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing Citrix-based digital workspace environments for enterprise clients. The consultant will act as a trusted technical advisor, leading architecture discussions and delivering end-to-end Citrix solutions aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing virtual desktop and application delivery architectures. The environment is highly collaborative and client-facing, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong communication skills. This position offers exposure to complex enterprise infrastructures, including hybrid and cloud-based Citrix deployments. It is well-suited for a hands-on architect who enjoys solving performance and scalability challenges while guiding strategic technology decisions.

• Lead the design, assessment, and implementation of Citrix solutions, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix DaaS, and NetScaler-based architectures.
• Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep dives to gather requirements and define solution strategies.
• Architect and optimize VDI and application delivery environments across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures.
• Provide expert guidance on Citrix Cloud adoption, migrations, and modernization initiatives from legacy platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to performance, scalability, security, and end-user experience in enterprise environments.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and operational runbooks.
• Support presales activities such as solution scoping, estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW) development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and contribute to reusable frameworks and best practices.

• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix technologies and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) design, deployment, and optimization.
• Practical experience with Citrix Cloud (DaaS), hybrid architectures, and NetScaler (ADC) solutions.
• Solid understanding of supporting technologies such as Active Directory, networking, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, particularly for VDI workloads.
• Proven ability to support large-scale environments (1,000+ users preferred) with performance tuning expertise.
• Strong consulting background with client engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design experience.
• Scripting or automation skills, preferably PowerShell.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as Citrix CCA-V, CCA-N, or Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desirable.
