This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned Citrix expert to shape and deliver advanced digital workspace solutions across enterprise client environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading architecture design, implementation, and optimization of Citrix-based infrastructures that power modern virtual desktop and application delivery experiences. Working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams, you will translate complex technical requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions. The environment is highly consultative, requiring both deep technical mastery and strong client-facing communication skills. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, including cloud migrations and hybrid workspace transformations. This is a hands-on consulting role with significant influence on solution design, delivery quality, and client success outcomes.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on Citrix technologies, ensuring the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing digital workspace environments.

• Lead assessments, architecture design, and implementation of Citrix solutions including CVAD, Citrix DaaS, and NetScaler/ADC.
• Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep dives to define requirements and align solutions with business goals.
• Design and optimize Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery environments across hybrid and cloud platforms.
• Guide migrations such as legacy upgrades and transitions to Citrix Cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex performance, scalability, and user experience challenges in enterprise Citrix deployments.
• Produce detailed technical documentation, including architecture designs, runbooks, and solution artifacts.
• Support presales activities including solution scoping, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Develop reusable frameworks, best practices, and reference architectures while contributing to internal knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate brings extensive Citrix expertise combined with strong consulting experience and the ability to operate confidently in enterprise client environments.

• 7–10+ years of experience working with Citrix technologies and enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Cloud (DaaS), and NetScaler/ADC.
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale VDI environments (1,000+ users preferred).
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, networking, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, particularly for VDI workloads.
• Strong consulting background with experience in client engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving capabilities in enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Citrix CCA-V, CCA-N, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty) are highly valued.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
