About the Role:

The Data Entry Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the organization. This position involves systematic entry, updating, and maintenance of data in various databases and systems. The Data Clerk will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data and resolving discrepancies, which is essential for informed decision-making across departments. By managing data efficiently, the Data Clerk contributes to the overall productivity and operational success of the organization. Ultimately, this role supports the organization’s goals by providing reliable data that drives strategic initiatives and enhances service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in the company's databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
• Generate reports and summaries based on data analysis to support various departments
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management procedures
• Performs all other duties as required.

Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with database management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field Preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools and software.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
