In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of data-driven marketing products focused on automotive insights, audience solutions, and loyalty analytics. You will manage a portfolio that empowers OEMs, dealerships, marketers, and agencies to make smarter, data-informed decisions. This position combines market analysis, product development, and customer engagement to create high-impact, scalable solutions. You will collaborate across engineering, data science, and marketing teams while mentoring product managers to drive innovation and adoption. The role demands expertise in automotive market dynamics, digital marketing technologies, and advanced analytics, enabling the creation of products that deliver measurable business value.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the strategic roadmap for automotive marketing analytics, loyalty measurement, and digital audience solutions, aligning product vision with business and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, UX, analytics, and marketing) to deliver scalable, high-performing products.
  • Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to understand use cases, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Represent the product suite externally through demos, client meetings, and industry events, driving adoption and credibility.
  • Mentor and develop product managers, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, innovation, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with Technology, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution and product adoption.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry (OEMs, dealerships, aftermarket, or auto data).
  • Strong background in digital marketing technologies, including AdTech, MarTech, audience segmentation, DSPs, CDPs, and media activation.
  • Experience building data, analytics, or research products focused on consumer insights, loyalty, or market intelligence.
  • Skilled in defining product requirements, mapping customer journeys, and managing complex technical roadmaps.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, analytics, and data science teams.
  • Preferred: expertise in automotive loyalty modeling, retention/conquest analysis, market share measurement, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, DPPA), API integrations, or large-scale consumer datasets.
  • Advanced degree or MBA in business, marketing, or analytics is a plus.
