Brookside Country Club is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Kitchen Food Expeditor to support our upscale dining operations. This role is essential in maintaining the precision, timing, and presentation standards expected in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates with clarity, and demonstrates a deep respect for culinary craftsmanship and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the flow of service between the kitchen and front-of-house with precision and urgency
• Inspect all dishes for accuracy, consistency, and presentation before service
• Ensure proper timing and synchronization of courses to meet fine dining standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with chefs, line cooks, and service staff
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and discipline at the expo station
• Anticipate service needs and proactively resolve issues during high-volume periods

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Strong communication and leadership presence on the line
• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a high-pressure environment
• Understanding of coursing, plating standards, and kitchen workflow
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
