This role demands both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You'll oversee everything from staff development and guest experience to facility operations and financial performance—all while championing our mission and values in every decision.

• Provide leadership to department heads (hospitality, nursing, therapy, housekeeping) and the Assistant Manager
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members who align with our mission
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and developmentDeliver Exceptional Guest Experiences• Ensure every guest receives a personalized, seamless, and elevated experience from arrival to departure
• Personally address high-level guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and care
• Optimize service flow, staffing, and space utilization to create an effortless guest journey
• Continuously refine processes that enhance service quality and operational efficiencyManage Daily Operations• Oversee all operational aspects: scheduling, staffing, supplies, vendor relationships, and maintenance
• Ensure facility readiness through cleanliness, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Manage payroll coordination, timesheets, and HR processes in collaboration with ownership
• Maintain financial accuracy by auditing charges, monitoring budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesDrive Strategic Growth• Partner with ownership and marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives
• Provide regular reporting on business performance, team health, and operational insights
• Support off-site programs (e.g., corporate wellness partnerships) to ensure brand consistency
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and deepen guest engagement
• Cross collaboration with Clinic and Retail departments
What You BringRequired Experience & SkillsLeadership Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role within wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or service-driven business
People Leadership: Proven ability to build, develop, and inspire diverse teams with clarity and compassion
Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of scheduling systems, facilities management, P&L oversight, and cost controls
Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning and vision
Technology Proficiency: Experience with MindBody, Deputy, G-Suite, or similar operational platforms
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversationsPreferred Qualifications• Experience in integrative wellness, functional medicine, or spa/hospitality environments
• Background in managing multi-location or growing businesses
• Familiarity with health compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements
• Personal passion for health optimization and wellnessPhysical Requirements• Ability to work on-site full-time at our Austin location
• Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs for facility setup and support
