JOB TITLE: Fulfillment Specialist
LOCATION: Lehi, UT
DEPARTMENT: Fulfillment
REPORTS TO: Fulfillment Manager
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8 AM-4 PM
POSITION SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring all outbound fulfillment orders are accurately and efficiently shipped out each day to our customers while supporting the warehouse staff and other departments within a high-volume, fast-paced working environment. This team member will be picking, packing and shipping orders as well as performing general warehouse duties including warehouse cleanup. As a company we strive to create a positive uplifting environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow established picking and packaging procedures to ensure order accuracy and quality.
- Verify order accuracy using shipping software, iPads, scanners, and computers.
- Package orders using appropriate materials, including boxes and poly mailers.
- Generate and apply shipping labels using the designated shipping system.
- Sort packages accurately by carrier and shipping method.
- Process returned inventory by scanning items and placing them back into correct bin locations.
- Meet or exceed established hourly productivity metrics while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to a team lead or supervisor in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist in other departments as needed based on business demands, including during peak periods.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.
- 6–12 months of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or a similar environment preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, scanners, shipping systems).
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to support multiple departments as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and scanning.

The pay range for this role is:
15 - 16 USD per hour(Lehi, UT)
