Real Estate Litigation Attorney at Castaneda & Co. – Houston, Texas

Located in Silicon Valley, we are a boutique real estate litigation firm. Our practice is dedicated entirely to real estate disputes. We are known for producing excellent work while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Our litigation practice is limited to residential purchase disputes (nondisclosure, broker negligence) and commercial lease disputes.

Billable Requirement

• 1,440 hours billed and collected. This is about 30 hours per week.

Base Salary and Bonus

• $120,000 to $170,000 depending on background, experience, and hours billed and collected

Compensation

$170,000 – $220,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.

$130,000 - $165,000 yearly

• Manage the case from start to finish
• Legal research and analysis
• Pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Depositions
• Trial strategy and preparation
• Work closely with other attorneys to develop a case strategy
• Direct communication with clients

• Active license to practice law in California
• 4-7 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and research
• Strong law and motion
• Deposition experience is preferred
• Westlaw, LexisNexis, CEB
• Can work independently and collaborate with other attorneys
• Comfortable working remotely
