We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our public spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces

- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris

- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other amenities as needed

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols

- Assist visitors and staff with directions or inquiries when necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial services preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

- Flexibility to work on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3 pm to 11 pm
