You’ll teach small group classes (8 to 20 students) using high quality resources we provide, so you can focus on helping students understand content, build confidence, and succeed.

• Teach – You’ll teach a group of students content, application, and help them through difficult questions.
• Coach – Motivate students to engage with content and questions.
• Mentor – Be a mentor for students, telling anecdotal stories of success & failure.
• Connect – Build genuine connections with students. You're relatable, making it easy to relate and inspire.

• VCE Completion with 99+ ATAR and 45+ raw study scores in relevant subjects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts

• A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours of weekly commitment
