We are currently recruiting a Controller to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with monthly profit & loss (P&L) closures, cash management support, and basic financial reporting under close supervision.
Participate in data collection and organization for financial controls and policy documentation.
Support the implementation and documentation of internal controls and compliance processes.
Help prepare materials for internal and external audits.
Conduct basic reconciliations and contribute to financial documentation accuracy.
Assist in preparing simple financial forecasts and budget templates.
Provide administrative support to the finance team in various process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments as requested.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience & Technical Skills

0–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel), basic financial reporting, and ERP systems.
Willingness to learn internal control and audit basics.
