About This Position
Your role at Hostinger
As part of the Brand Collaborations team, you will be responsible for building and managing external partnerships that increase Hostinger’s brand visibility and trust. You will work with real Hostinger clients to develop testimonials and case studies, build and scale our brand ambassador programme, and explore co-branding opportunities with relevant companies and communities.
This role suits someone who is confident in managing external relationships, comfortable negotiating partnership agreements, and who can also assess and craft a strong brand story.

- Identify and develop client success stories and case studies, working closely with clients to capture their experience and share it across Hostinger's channels.
- Manage the full process from first outreach to published content: relationship management, interviews, consents, briefs for writers, visual requests, and placement across channels such as blog, social, newsletters, and the website.
- Build and scale Hostinger's brand ambassador programme: identify and select ambassadors in focus markets, manage onboarding, content planning, and ongoing partnerships.
- Identify and develop co-branding opportunities with relevant companies, platforms, and communities.
- Work with design, copy, video, and social media teams to make sure all collaboration content meets Hostinger’s quality and brand standards.
- Partner with local Country Managers to find and activate relevant stories and partnerships in focus markets.
- Track the performance of each collaboration and report on reach, engagement, and brand impact.
- Bring new ideas on formats, partners, and ways to expand our collaborations programme.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in brand partnerships, partner marketing, PR, or communications, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with external partners, clients, or ambassadors.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership or sponsorship agreements.
- Strong judgement for brand fit: you can quickly tell whether a client story or a partner is a good match for Hostinger.
- Good written communication skills. You will be writing outreach messages, briefs, and partner-facing materials regularly.
- Organised and able to manage multiple active partnerships at different stages at the same time.
- Comfortable using data to review results and improve future decisions.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
