  • Facilitate alignment between product goals and organizational objectives, influencing stakeholders at all levels while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

  • Apply data-driven judgment and problem-solving to identify and resolve critical issues, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

  • Communicate effectively across technical and business audiences, adapting messaging to build trust and clarity at all levels.

  • Support change management, portfolio reporting, and strategic planning across multiple business areas.

  • Lead technical discussions and problem-solving among domain experts.

  • Properly document and maintain meeting artifacts, project schedules, risks, dependencies and status reporting.

  • Volunteer for other assignments as desired.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

  • 4–8 years of experience managing technical programs, preferably in device-related or telematics domains.

  • Experience with product lifecycle management from concept to launch.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum; SAFe experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of iterative and incremental product development.

  • Ability to grasp technical issues and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

  • Certification(s) in program/project management or Lean Six Sigma (e.g., PMP, Green/Yellow Belt) is a plus.

  • Growth mindset and proactive approach to continuous improvement.
