Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager – DACH to support the growth of Solibri across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This non-managerial B2B marketing role combines localized campaign execution, event coordination, and regional demand generation to strengthen Solibri’s brand and pipeline impact.
Working closely with the Global Marketing team, including the Global Digital & Communications Marketing Manager and the Marketing Operations Manager, you will adapt and execute global campaigns for the DACH market, coordinate field marketing activities, and ensure consistent representation of Solibri’s brand and products across all regional touchpoints.
Travel within the region (approx. 30–40 %) is expected for events and partner activities. Occasional international travel may be required for internal marketing meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Campaign Execution
  • Localize and execute global marketing campaigns to drive demand and lead conversion in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with the Global Digital & Communications Marketing Manager to adapt digital assets, social content, and landing pages for German-speaking audiences.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to implement campaigns and lead-generation workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Coordinate regional email campaigns, webinars, and digital promotions following the global marketing calendar.
  • Regionalize global messaging while following Solibri’s Tone-of-Voice Guidelines, ensuring language accuracy and cultural nuance.
Sales & Partner Enablement
  • Align closely with the DACH sales team to connect marketing activities to commercial priorities.
  • Develop localized sales enablement materials, one-pagers, and presentations.
  • Create customer stories and interviews together with sales, partners, and global marketing to highlight local project success.
  • Collaborate with distributors and associations to co-market Solibri’s solutions and
  • expand regional reach.

Field Marketing & Event Management
  • Plan and execute trade shows, partner events, webinars, and customer days in the DACH region.
  • Manage event logistics, branding, vendor coordination, and on-site representation.
  • Track event leads and ensure accurate follow-up and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce.

Content Localization & Coordination
  • Adapt global messaging and visuals for the German-speaking market while maintaining Solibri’s brand consistency.
  • Manage translations with external partners and proofread final German-language content.
  • Ensure tone-of-voice alignment and terminology accuracy across all materials.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, construction tech, or enterprise software.
  • Native-level German and fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience executing regional campaigns and managing field marketing events.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and event-marketing tools (e.g., Bizzabo, Eventbrite).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Express or Canva for content adaptation.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data-privacy standards in the DACH region.
  • Solid organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Competence in Office 365 applications for planning and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Sprout Social or similar social-media tools.
  • Experience updating CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS or WordPress).
  • Background working with sales teams or channel partners in the DACH market.
  • Strong digital aptitude and interest in adopting new tools.
