Education- BE/ME/M.Tech Mechanical/Machine Design

Experience- 10-15 Years

• Lead design, prototyping and commercialization of different types of centrifugal pump series, specially canned motor pumps

• Deliver product designs which complies various standards like API610, API685, ASME Sec. VIII

• Perform and develop SOPs for design calculations for various types of pumps

• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for developments and support sales for routine requirements

• Overall support to product development/ project engineering

• To perform and supervise various types of FEA analysis and implement the recommendations

Technical Skills-

• Exposure to design and development of Centrifugal pumps /canned motor pumps

• Strong knowledge of design calculations

• Expert Level knowledge of API 610, API685, ASME, HI Standard

• 3D modelling using UG NX and FEA analysis using ANSYS

• Strong material selection and manufacturing knowledge

• Project management and value engineering
