Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver maintainable, high-quality software features aligned with product objectives
  • Author code following internal standards and architectural guidance to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Maintain and enhance automated testing systems to validate functionality throughout product evolution
  • Engage in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving with team members
  • Monitor application performance, debug issues, and optimize for reliability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into actionable technical plans
  • Share expertise and provide mentorship to support skill development across the engineering team
  • Continuously improve internal processes and documentation to support software quality and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with proficiency in languages and frameworks such as Golang, Python, Node.js, React, and Bash
  • Experience with DevOps practices, Kubernetes, Docker, Git/GitLab, Argo, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/IaC)
  • Familiarity with cloud ML platforms such as OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Azure ML
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, asynchronous messaging, NoSQL/RDBMS, and object storage systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience guiding and supporting team members
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Proven ability to contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and collaborative decision-making
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in both remote and hybrid work environments
