Accountabilities- Lead the transformation of ambiguous, cross-functional business needs into well-scoped technical problem statements.
- Define and ship foundational AI and automation architectures that become organizational standards.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI-driven internal products.
- Develop and enhance engineering productivity through new tools and workflows.
- Establish methods and reusable components to increase the velocity of building automations.
- Drive safety and reliability in AI systems with effective monitoring and approval frameworks.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders around AI strategy and prioritization.
- Mentor engineers through architectural guidance and technical design leadership.
- 8-12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expertise in designing and shipping AI-enabled systems.
- Significant experience integrating complex third-party systems.
- Capable of establishing engineering standards and guiding teams through major decisions.
- Familiarity with security, privacy, and data governance practices for AI tools.
- Experience with vector databases and orchestration tools is a plus.
