About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, M&A Integrations, the M&A Integrations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the onboarding and transition of newly acquired dental practices across Canada.
You’ll be at the center of the integration process, coordinating activities, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth, well-organized onboarding experience with minimal disruption to clinic operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of coordination and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support the end-to-end onboarding and integration of newly acquired dental practices
- Liaise with partner dentists and clinic teams to ensure a smooth and positive transition experience
- Track, oversee, and manage integration checklists and onboarding progress
- Coordinate and support onboarding meetings, materials, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with internal teams (Corporate Development, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing) and external partners
- Ensure onboarding milestones and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
- Maintain accurate documentation and support day-to-day administrative coordination across multiple integrations
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and partner experience
- Manage multiple integrations simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and timelines
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination
- PMP or CAPM designation is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence preparing and presenting materials
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume administrative and coordination tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt when challenges arise
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
- Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments is an asset
- Flexibility to support stakeholders across multiple time zones
