About This Position

About the Role

Revelation Pharma operates a multi-pharmacy, multi-brand social ecosystem that spans patient audiences, providers, pharmacy industry, and local communities. The Social Media Coordinator sits within marketing’s Shared Services and acts as the central engine that powers consistent, compliant, on-brand social execution across all channels.

This role is the hands-on operator for social media: gaining approvals, posting, scheduling, coordinating content flow, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting marketing partners across the network. You’ll ensure that every channel feels active, human, and aligned with our brand.

You’ll work closely with Field Marketing, Patient Marketing, and Provider teams, but you’ll remain neutral, centralized, and highly operational inside the Marketing Ops group, ensuring efficiency and eliminating bottlenecks.

What You’ll Own

1. Centralized Social Execution

  • Manage all social channels across the network (pharmacy-level + brand-level).
  • Maintain calendars, queue content, and schedule posts across multiple audiences.
  • Guarantee voice, compliance, and branding standards are followed across every channel.
  • Ensure consistent posting cadence and channel hygiene.

2. Cross-Functional Content Coordination

  • Field Marketing: turn local happenings into clean, branded social content.
  • Patient Marketing: execute brand campaigns, patient education, and storytelling.
  • Provider Lifecycle: support provider education, webinars, promotions, and ABM-aligned posts.
  • Events: support pre-show promotion, live updates (where appropriate), and recaps.
  • M&A Team: support corporate storytelling to attract new network pharmacies.

3. Content Production & Adaptation

  • Optimize creative for different platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create lightweight assets using Canva or similar tools.
  • Maintain shared template libraries and asset folders.
  • Ensure every post reflects our brand tone and visual system.

4. Channel Governance

  • Keep all profiles updated: bios, hours, addresses, service descriptions.
  • Apply brand guardrails and escalate anything sensitive.
  • Manage DMs and comments using approved scripts and workflows.
  • Maintain compliance standards and coordinate with Clinical or Regulatory as needed.

5. Reporting & Analytics (in partnership with Marketing Ops)

  • Pull monthly social performance metrics.
  • Track growth, engagement, reach, and highest-performing content.
  • Provide insights back to Marketing Operations Lead
  • Integrate reporting into the master dashboardsfor the Marketing Ops Team.

What You Bring

  • 2-5years managing social platforms (agency, in-house, or internship).
  • Highly organized and able to juggle many channels calmly.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Canva or lightweight design tools.
  • Experience with social scheduling platforms (HubSpot, Sprout, Later, etc.)
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and managing requests.
  • A proactive communicator who brings clarity, not chaos.
