This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise sales efforts for a fast-growing, AI-enabled customer experience platform. You will drive the full sales cycle, building strong relationships with large enterprise clients and strategically expanding market presence. The position focuses on high-value deals with complex sales cycles, requiring both deep industry knowledge and consultative selling skills. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of BDRs, Partner Managers, and marketing specialists to meet and exceed quotas while representing the company as a thought leader in the enterprise CX space. This is a remote-first position, providing flexibility while engaging with clients across the Pacific and Mountain Time Zones. The role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional passionate about AI-driven SaaS solutions and delivering measurable business impact.
- Drive acquisition of new enterprise clients through the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Deliver product demonstrations, value propositions, and industry insights to showcase platform differentiation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your network to expand business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences to increase brand presence
- Collaborate with customer experience teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Monitor the competitive landscape to inform positioning, strategy, and client conversations
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience ($1M+ annual targets)
- Proven success selling to enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience in AI-driven solutions or SaaS platforms, ideally CRM or CX tools
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment and cover Pacific/Mountain Time Zones
- Startup or high-growth experience preferred, with a track record of exceeding quotas
- HIPAA compliance awareness and ability to handle sensitive personal data
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities
