As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for a cutting-edge identity and AI platform, driving product positioning, messaging, and adoption across enterprise customers. This role blends strategic vision with tactical execution, requiring close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to create compelling buyer narratives and technical content. You will shape product differentiation, craft technical collateral, and deliver enablement materials that resonate with security and IT leaders. You will engage in analyst relations, webinars, and industry events to elevate brand presence and support market growth. - Own product messaging, positioning, competitive differentiation, and storytelling for identity and AI platforms
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans, aligning with product, sales, and field teams
- Create buyer-focused assets such as technical comparisons, FAQs, data sheets, and enablement documentation for technical audiences (CISOs, security architects, product leaders)
- Support technical evaluations, demos, proof-of-concepts, and webinars to drive adoption and customer engagement
- Collaborate with analysts and contribute to thought leadership reports, surveys, and research submissions
- Collect feedback from clients and field teams to refine product positioning and influence roadmap priorities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives and campaigns
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/platform technical marketing, product marketing, or product management
- Expertise in storytelling, messaging, demo architecture, and technical communications for security/technical audiences
- Proven ability to influence and engage technical buyers including CISOs, security architects, and identity/fraud leaders
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and field teams
- Bias toward ownership, execution, and delivering measurable business impact
- Experience with analyst relations and contributing to industry research is a plus
- Familiarity with AI, CIAM, identity verification, fraud prevention, or identity orchestration platforms is advantageous
- Knowledge of authentication, user management, and authorization standards is desirable
