- Lead end-to-end client engagements across Retail and CPG, from initial scoping and strategy through execution and delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights grounded in deep industry expertise
- Design and drive go-to-market strategies and domain-specific solutions tailored to Retail and CPG clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement AI, analytics, and operations research solutions
- Translate complex data and analytical outputs into actionable recommendations across merchandising, pricing, supply chain, marketing, and operations
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring high-quality project execution and strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development through proposal creation, solution design, and thought leadership initiatives
- Identify market trends and emerging opportunities to enhance service offerings and drive growth
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on Retail and CPG industries
- Deep understanding of Retail and CPG business models, industry trends, and operational challenges
- Familiarity with S&OP processes, supply chain systems, and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience working with or alongside AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions
