This role is focused on driving new customer acquisition by engaging executive-level buyers and influencers within assigned territories. You will identify business needs, present tailored solutions, and guide the sales process from initial engagement to contract close. The position requires collaboration across solution sales, consulting, and internal teams to deliver multi-solution offerings. You will actively develop pipeline opportunities, address client challenges, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting. This role offers a high-impact environment where your contributions directly influence revenue growth and market expansion while providing opportunities for professional development and relationship building with senior stakeholders. Travel may be required up to 30% of the time.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to generate a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct needs analysis and partner with solution consultants to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Address customer objections, remove obstacles, and guide the sales process to successful closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide forward-looking pipeline insights for sales forecasting.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, rallying internal resources to optimize account pursuit.
- Continuously build product knowledge and maintain a growth mindset to stay current with industry solutions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, particularly in new customer acquisition.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously and negotiating pricing effectively.
- Familiarity with the SaaS business model and ability to demonstrate complex software solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to navigate buyers and influencers.
