Role Overview:

The Software Engineer Intern will support HAEA by contributing across a wide range of technology, data, and business-focused initiatives. Interns will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams in software engineering, data analysis, mobile applications, infrastructure, cloud, security, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and support of software, data, and infrastructure solutions.
• Support business and technical teams by analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and contributing to solution design.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project teams to deliver technology and business initiatives.
• Participate in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Create and maintain documentation to support systems, processes, and operational workflows.
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated passion for learning and professional growth.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework in software engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data analysis, or business systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Hourly Rate: $24.00 to $28.00
