As a Program Manager - Software, you will lead and coordinate multiple software engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while driving operational excellence. You will manage cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Develop, implement, and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and program roadmaps.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in software development.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proven ability to creatively solve problems and implement best practices in program management.
