As a Program Manager - Software, you will lead and coordinate multiple software engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while driving operational excellence. You will manage cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Develop, implement, and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and program roadmaps.
• Lead the execution of software development initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing timely updates on progress, risks, and adjustments.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively, predicting needs to achieve program goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in software development.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proven ability to creatively solve problems and implement best practices in program management.
