Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Leader to join our HR team at our India Office in Gurgaon.

As a key part of our critical HR team expansion, this position is fundamental to meeting our evolving business demands, strengthening core HR functions including Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, and building a solid foundation for our next stage of growth.

Partnering closely with Lutron India’s leadership team, you’ll deliver expert HR guidance and organizational insights with a core focus on employee development and engagement, driving impactful initiatives to boost talent retention, build leadership capability and elevate the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Lutron India leadership to anticipate organizational needs and execute targeted HR programs focused on employee development and engagement
• Attract exceptional talent, uphold fair people practices, and drive initiatives to support employees’ professional growth and full potential
• Champion Lutron’s culture and principles, maintaining a safe, secure, respectful and productive workplace for the India team
• Collaborate with business leaders to refine organizational design and build scalable, people-centric team structures
• Design and deliver HR solutions/policies, partnering with global HR COEs to align with corporate-wide programs
• Identify team learning & development needs, partner with Lutron L&D organization to successfully execute programs. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost people investment and strengthen team connections through intentional interactions
• Administer core HR processes (performance/salary reviews, promotions) and guide leaders on day-to-day performance management
• Oversee key HR operations (HRIS, exit management, vendor coordination, policy/process improvements) for seamless India team support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field,
• Minimum aggregate 60% and above or 10+ years of work experience post academics
• MBA in HR preferred
• 8 -12 years of HR business partner experience, ideally in a GCC organization
• Experience collaborating with global HR COEs to align local and corporate initiatives
• Knowledge of MS Office and at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
