LPN - 7a-7p (Scotia Village) (12 hour shifts)

- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed as a LPN in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing or possess a multi-state license.
- Current CPR Certification
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Performs nursing duties within the scope of practice as defined by the North Carolina Nursing Practice Act. These functions include but are not limited to:
- Completing assessments.
- Planning for residents' needs.
- Implementation of resident's health plan of care.
- Teaching and Counseling of residents and families
- Collaborating with team to make sure residents' needs are met.
