Bloom + Brighten Kids Dentistry in Tualatin, OR is searching for a Full-Time Practice Manager to lead our incredible pediatric dental team. Every day, we help children feel confident, comfortable, and proud of their smiles—and it all starts with strong, supportive leadership behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a high-performing pediatric dental team
  
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows
  
• Foster a positive, patient-focused office culture
  
• Manage scheduling, systems, and office performance
  
• Ensure compliance with CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines
  
• Support both team members and patients with professionalism and care
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of dental practice management experience
  
• Associate’s Degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred)
  
• Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance protocols, dental software, and office systems
  
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  
• Outstanding organization and time management abilities
  
• Solid understanding of dental regulations and compliance
