Machine Operator 3rd Shift at SEDA North America – Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin

Seda North America is seeking a Machine Operator- Blanking on 3rd shift to join our Operations team! This position is fully on-site during the third shift hours, Monday through Friday 11pm to 7am. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and demonstrates flexibility, a positive attitude, and a readiness to support their team.

Pay starting at $20/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential for hours worked on 3rd shift.

Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers. You will be operating high-speed production equipment to manufacture the cups and containers while meeting customer standards for quality, efficiency and safety.

Specific Duties:

• To feed machines with roll material to create blanks without deviating from operating standards.
• To work with the operations team, to achieve manufacturing targets.
• Carry out quality checks in line with procedure.
• Keep machine supplied with materials which may require the use of pushcarts or pallet jacks.
• Record and maintain data related to downtime, including reason and actions to correct the problem.

Qualifications/ Physical Demands

• Prior machine operating and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
