• Work directly with a senior litigation attorney and support high-stakes personal injury cases through the entire litigation process.

• Manage case calendars, draft discovery, prep exhibits, coordinate depos and mediations — and help us walk into trial with confidence.

• File and schedule through e-portals, and keep our cases moving efficiently.

• Ensure every detail is dialed in — because the best paralegals are also project managers in disguise.

• Proven personal injury experience — if you’ve been a PI paralegal or a former bodily injury adjuster, you’ll hit the ground running.

• A solid grasp of Washington car insurance laws.

• Exceptional communication skills — with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel.
